Also known as Tapas in Sanskrit, which is a dedicated discipline to transform from where you are now towards a new state. In this case, developing your strength, physical and mental.
In this blog post I’m showing you 3 different postures: plank, side plank and boat pose (Navasana).
For each posture I’m demonstrating different ways to do it. This means no matter how strong you are, you can have a go.
I’m also demonstrating how not to do plank at the end.
