In this brand new online course, I’m offering a structured and guided 5 weeks to get you motivated and inspired to get back on the mat doing yoga regularly.
You can choose whether to join me live, or watch the classes in your own time. Or do a mix of both.
Over the 5 weeks I’ll guide you through five 60 minute Vinyasa Flow classes which are also recorded. So you can practice in between live sessions as much as you want. You’ll have access to these as long as you want after the course ends too.
Each week will have a different focus, builds on the previous week, and includes a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow practice every time. Followed by a 15 minute Q&A if you have any questions or want to chat.
Also helps you stop the time-sucking searches for free YouTube classes that may or may not be what you need.
This course is suitable if you used to practice an active form of Asana (the physical yoga postures). It’s totally ok if it’s been a while since you’ve done any yoga.
It’s not an advanced course. It’s designed to be welcoming and inclusive and a fun way back into moving your body and breathing to release tension, create some strength, and a sense of ease and comfort.
The live sessions are 9.15-10.30am on 5 consecutive Sundays, starting Sun 12 Feb. Recordings will be available within 24 hours whether you attend live or not.
Following this course you can join my Asana and Pranayama 101 course to deepen your experience of yoga and increase your Yogic knowledge. I’ll also be offering other new courses, such as relax & rest yourself, and yoga-inspired strength & mobility workouts. All of this will likely be part of a monthly subscription where you can join me live or get the recordings. Coming soon.
The launch price for this course is £47, available until Tues 24 Jan. After this date, you can still sign-up but the price goes up to £67, so make sure to book now for the best price.

Yes, you don’t need to be flexible. Forget all those Instagram and YouTube bendy Wendys. Just show-up, breathe, move and that’s all.
Yes, if you don’t have any acute injuries. Or you’ve had the all-clear to exercise from doctor following surgery or childbirth. The strongest arm balance will be plank or side plank. The strongest backbend will be Bridge or Camel. Even within these, I’ll give options so you never need to ‘achieve’ the full posture if you’re body isn’t there yet.
No it’s not an advanced course. It’s a welcoming and inclusive way back into yoga again or if you need a refresh.
Take things at your own pace and be kind to yourself. I’ll remind you of that, and give options for postures that might feel harder. Give yourself a chance, you won’t know unless you try and I bet you’ll feel better for doing it.
You don’t need to be ‘good’ at yoga. Just show-up, breathe, and move your body.
Two of my skills are explaining things in a clear way, and giving options for everyone so it feels accessible.
If you’ve practiced in the past or still do, and feel ok with many of the basic postures, then this is for you.
I know life happens, so if you can’t attend them all, that’s totally ok. That’s what the replays are for.
For those sessions you can’t attend live, schedule in your diary to follow the replays, so you keep up your momentum and enjoy noticing your progression.
Yes you can do that too. Just sign-up using the same booking link and you’ll get the replays. Let me know if you’re choosing this option so I know not to expect you at the live classes.
Yes, sure. And if you choose to. have the video on, I can offer tips to help you be safer and more comfortable in a posture, not to call you out or tell you you’re doing it wrong 🙂 It’s a safe space here.
100% yes. Everyone is welcome, however you identify.
The price for this course is £47. Book your spot now. Once booked there’s no refund available. However if you really don’t like it after the first week let me know and I’ll refund you. After week one there’s no refund. Thanks for understanding.
They take place on 5 consecutive Sundays, 9.15-10.30am, starting Sun 12 Feb 2023. On Zoom.
