Towards the end of the video I do 3 Ujjayi breaths – if you want to hear what it sounds like, you may need to turn up the volume depending on your device and where you are.
In another tutorial I will demonstrate how to use Ujjayi with asana (yoga poses) to synchronise breath to movement.
